So what was the conclusion here?

This sidewalk is still in very bad shape. It is right next to a handicapped parking space. It’s dangerous to walk on, no one in a wheel chair, using a walker, or pushing a stroller can successfully navigate. It is also an eyesore. Please advise the owner to fix their sidewalk. It’s ridiculous.
