This hole is getting bigger. Very dangerous on sidewalk especially at night. Lawsuit on the horizon

It looks like someone filled this in over the weekend. Not sure if was city or a neighbor. They just dumped cement.

A Housing Code Enforcement Officer will inspect this (Streets: sidewalk in need of repair) complaint during the week of March 25- March 29, 2019.

Housing Code Officer found No-Cause. This case is closed.
