That is another one where the plow drivers speeding along bear at least some of the blame. These walks were clearly buried by the plow. Not entirely clear if they were ever shoveled, but it looks like they may have. There is a clear line where the plow blasted onto the sidewalk and where it was cleared. It takes a plow going way too fast to do this. Not to mention probably someone who needs training. But the city is clearly not concerned with the safety of citizens because these issues have increased dramatically.

I live on the Northern side of Grove Avenue off New Scotland and the amount of speed that some of the snow plow drivers go down our street, is absolutely unacceptable. And...it is often, not just an occasional fluke.

Also with Grove Av, especially north of New Scotland Av, is that it's never plowed properly and all the way to the curb on both sides as it should be since this is a very narrow street even in the summer. Again the DGS priorities are backward, clearing main streets first instead of the residential streets first so the actual citizens can park. Let the non-residents coming in and out of the City suffer the first day.
