    39 Grove Ave, Albany NY 12208 and 43 Grove Ave, Albany, NY 12208 continually year after year since the past two absentee landlords have owned these properties are never taken care of. It is constant. It destroys the quality of the neighborhood and is a continual eyesore. The backyard is an absolute mess too.

    Lawn and leaf bags have NOT been picked up on my block for OVER two weeks. We have schlepped them back and forth off the curb to the yard, had to REFILL the bags three times due to all the rain and the bags getting soggy. this was a problem last year and STILL seems to be a problem this year. When will be be reassured that lawn and leaf bags will be picked up regularly on our designated trash pick up days. this is such a waste of our time and MONEY because bags and our energy is being wasted. Enough.
