Waste from motor home being dumped into storm drain, again. I reported same person 1/29/19. City needs to do more than have the grate raked off. Basin needs to be vacuumed out. I confronted this person, told him to stop doing this. Told him it drains to bay. He said he doesn't care where it goes.
