Thank you for contacting us. Has there been any change in your water bill? Our field guy indicated that there was no leak at the meter. There is a good possibility that you are just seeing ground water. Meter Vaults are not 100% sealed so ground water can easily work its way into the vault. Depending on how deep the vault it , it may fill up very quickly and flow out around the meter vault lid. Feel free to contact me at any point 410-222-6024.
