Description

The area surrounding the water meter cover is saturated and wet today given the lack of rain today. The sidewalk is also wet. When I stood upon the water meter cover, the water oozes out from the top of the cover. DPW was out last week to pump out the water and recorded that there was no leak. Please advise as to the next steps.
