Description

People loitering in the streets, parking illegally. There’s an RV & and ice cream truck that’s been in the area for months and crowds of people and random cars are always pulling up in the area. Pretty sure something illegal is going on. Since the RV and ice cream truck has been around, this area has been really unsafe. People are always outside drinking and yelling through out the night pass 3am. Please make these people move. This is on the streets surrounding the intersection of 13th Ave and E17th Street.
