Deskripsyon
Cars have been parking on the grass on the abandoned ROCA lot on Ellsworth Street regularly lately. Per city ordinances this is a violation. Not sure if it’s ROCA employees or residents on 36 Hawthorne, but an eye sore.

Guys, this was reported over 2 months ago and no Code Enforcement employee has been to the property. Is there a reason this complaint has been ignored for months? Is there some type of backdoor arrangement with this property and City Hall?
Please update because this is very concerning.
