Requesting that, on the south side of 41st Avenue North, between 1st and 2nd street, the curb be changed from a flat, gradual curb to a 90 degree, actual gutter / curb to prevent cars from driving up on to sidewalk. Since "The Pearl" (131 41st Ave N) has started charging tenants for parking, many park on street, and since curb is so gradual they drive up onto the grass and the sidewalk, badly damaging it in many areas. This sidewalk is heavily used by pedestrians between 1st and 4th street, and since there are now many businesses right off 41st (Hooters, Wendys, Tire Store) 41st has become a more heavily trafficked thoroughfare, making the sidewalk more important than ever.
