There is also garbage that has been left at the curb from a house that the people moved out from 2 houses from this one !!!! #142 Please take a ride over this way !!!

Prohibitions. No person or agent thereof shall cause or permit a prohibited vehicle to be stored, maintained or parked in a residential zoning district unless such vehicle is parked on private property in an enclosed garage or similar lawful structure, thereby eliminating its visibility from public roads and adjacent parcels of land.

Sec. 58-304. - Prohibition against excessive accumulation of certain materials.
No person shall dump or cause to be dumped, or place or cause to be placed, or leave or permit to accumulate any garbage, refuse, rubbish, junk, debris, or similar noxious material of any kind or cause or permit the untended growth or excessive accumulation of weeds or other plant material on any property situate in the unincorporated area of the county, whether improved or unimproved.

Please refer to the Pinellas Municode when you return my call. Please explain why this is not considered a County violation. Also, another phone call was left by another person in this thread. Their phone call was not returned either.
Please repond and leave this open until you discuss with the people that are requesting the enforcement. Simply closing this complaint without explanation doesn't cure the problem or provide answers to the tax paying public. We will continue to open this until the County responds.
