I’m not sure my post went through the first time but want to report this home at 146 14th Ave N St. Petersburg. The house is completely falling apart. Blinds look broken from street, stucco looks like it’s missing a piece on left side of house facing 14th Ave N, large pots in yard are filled with green water ... a feast for mosquitoes. The yard is a complete mess. Awnings are filled with gunk. I truly hope the city can get this neighbor to bring his property up to historic Old Northeast standards.
