Construction site on NE corner of 7th/Clay has 7th St sidewalk closed w no on-street mitigation per Oakland’s construction access guidelines, nor even detour signage at each of the closest crosswalks. Please follow up with this developer to ensure that the sidewalk access guidelines are followed 100% throughout the construction process.
