How is the vehicle junked or abandoned if it is on private property? Did you trespass to to see in the stickers were expired? Even if they were, as long as it is on private property, there is nothing that can be done. The vehicle appears to be parked properly, isn't in the grass, in't up on blocks, isn't in pieces...so where is the problem???
