This has been a 'Lease to Purchase - NO Credit Check' rental property for 20+ years. This property has remained to be in disrepair for at least 20+ years. There has been no HVAC unit at this location for as long as 20+ years. Currently, there is a serious ongoing Rodent infestation at this location. Currently, this property has displayed another "Lease to Purchase - NO Credit Check' placard located at the front of the property. Recently, the Patio cover was separated from the roof at the back of this property, thus leaving the roof open and in disrepair. Large-sized Rodent activity is in this area and other areas of the property. In the last 20+ years, there has been at least 15+ EVICTIONS at this location. Please remedy.
