Same issue been with my lot on Bates Road and Providence Junction. 1745 Bates Road. The pedestrian is in side the private property boundaries and goes under power lines which is a hazard. Builder took easy route around a rain water drain. I did report this to city officials and created a SeeClickFix issue , but not action taken by city or builder. Please don’t close this issue until builder fixes by city code.

According to the plans submitted by the developer and approved by the City the sidewalk abuts the property line on the home side of the sidewalk. Therefore, Code compliant. If you have a current survey showing something different, please provide a Certified copy to the Community Development Department c/o Eric Graves and we will evaluate what can be done.

As u can see from the photos, the sidewalk is not only abuting the property line but also well inside our property i.e; inside private property. These were the markings by the surveyor sent by the builder as our water meter was not within our property line and so they looked at all our property boundaries. Lot 43 in the photo is our property. I reached out to city (Brian Borden) a year ago ,about my lot 1(1745 Bates rd) and send details to Eric Graves too today. Besides adding side walk in my lot boundaries, builder put sidewalk thru electric pole guide lines, which is a hazard. Hope city intervenes and fix these issues before builder closes out.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this request.

We specially told not close the issue until it is completely resolved by city. This site is useless If you guys (the SeeClickFix admins) close issues without resolving them.
