7950 owner is a house flipper and has put up a 6 foot fence all the way to the seawall against the water. It is visible form the street. He is aware the the neighbor is remote and wants to give this code infraction to the new owner's of the one he is flipping. Not fair and against our code. We need an honest inspector to stop this tragedy.
