Opis

There is a loading zone used by our Food Pantry clients in front of our building; just east of it there is a No Parking area that would accommodate at least 2-3 cars, that has long been used as additional loading zone. Today our clients received tickets, which they can ill afford.
Can this area also be designated a loading zone? We don't believe that would impact anyone else on the street.
