same spot from today, another out of state vehicle. I had to call the PD, identify as the home owner, and 2 hours later, 2 officers arrive to address this. now they are tied up for who knows how long, who in the city can I talk too? does the city have a liaison to the college student body affairs to inform these students of the laws? who do i talk too?? this is a perennial issue and we are not assuaged.
