The date of investigation for this keeps getting pushed back. This was submitted 1/15. It now shows 3/29 but it passed the February date and the 3/8 date it was previously scheduled for investigation. It just doesn't get investigated if you are SANCA?

Today is the day. 3/29 . Shows building compliance investigation open today. Should see contact with customer today. 2 1/2 months since reported in see click fix. Over 5 months since reported to Development Services Staff. Wish everyone could just hook up to water and sewer without paying over $5,000 worth of connection fees by saying something is "temporary" and the County would look the other way for us as well.

Must have been an April Fools joke. Now dated moved to 4/4. Absolutely amazing that if you are SANCA or Benderson the rules just automatically bend for you.

4/4 moved to 4/5. Can't wait for tomorrow to see it move again. County spends more time moving the dates of non customer contact than it would take them to issue a verbal notice and note in the system. Amazing.

Surprise Surprise Moved to 4/8.

You have just now marked this complaint unfounded in the Sarasota County system stating that trailer was permitted. Trailer was permitted to be used as a TEMPORARY structure for World Rowing Championships only. It was required to have a TUP. NO TUP was applied for or issued. The trailer is hooked up to water and sewer without having paid utility capacity fees nor fire nor ems impacts as required for a permanent structure. It IS NOT SHOWN on an approved site and development plan and it is not ADA compliant. It does not have parking provided as required by code. It does not have landscaping or lighting or bicycle parking as required by code for an approximately 2100 sq ft office.
