Good luck with this.
Two years ago, I contacted the City of Allen regarding a huge crack/cave in of the sidewalk in front of a home on Livingston Drive. The City they would pay for PART of the new sidewalk, but said the folks at that house would have to foot some of the bill, too. Never mind, I said.

It's not fixed but I was contacted and know how to get it fixed, who is responsible and the cost. You may close this issue.
