There were homeless people arguing intermittently in our parking lot at 56 Sheridan Ave. throughout the night. They also set off car alarms in our parking lot by leaning on them or trying to break in, tenants didn't feel safe enough to go outside and check which. These people live (trespass) under this structure owned by Albany County who refuses to do anything to remedy the problem. Additionally, they tip over our garbage cans and rifle through them, spreading the trash all over the parking lot. Our garbage is also used to dispose of their drug paraphernalia (alcohol swabs, baggies, needles). It's disgusting that no one will do anything about this.
