Upon evaluation, there are two lights on this pole. The one facing NW is a City light that hangs over NE 11th St and the other one is more of a floodlight type that looks over a fenced in lot. That light is a rental light that is not being billed to anyone right now, and that is why it is not burning. If it is the City light that is out, please let us know, and we will get it repaired for you as soon as possible. If it is the rental light that is out and you feel it should be on or would be the person to discuss the billing with, please let us know that as well. Thank you.
