Thank you, John, for your response. I am sure many people appreciate this info. I don't believe at this point we should have to call in to a number for this information. It should be clearly posted--this is what the JC website is FOR. To avoid exactly that. But again, I thank you! Now we can get back to enjoying our day and not worrying about the cars!
