From West Grand Ave to MacArthur Blvd, MLK Street is totally trashed mostly due to homeless encampments. The City has allowed this area/zone, our neighborhood for this to happen.

This is compounded by Zero enforcement of illegal dumping. The self medicating street people love illegal dumpers. More crap to hoard. All this crap becomes there personal property. Our city council in acting illegally as well by allowing this to go on. These unhousables keep whining that the shelters and sheds are unsafe and inadequate. The truth is there are rules and they hate rule of any kind. How is living in a tent next to your own poop, used syringes and a ton of rotting garbage safe. Beyond dysfunctional on to many levels.

David, Tax revenues for our City are being depleted to fund clean-up due to illegal dumping and homelessness. These parasitic drain comes at a cost that limits the City to provide other much needed services for the general public. Truly we are our are brothers' keeper that can no longer provide for ourselves.
