Despite being informed by a number of city agencies, I am sad to report that, NO, nothing has been done to remedy this problem. In fact, it's business as usual at the homeless encampment beneath 3 Columbia Street. The homeless continue to deal drugs in our parking lot and use it as a thoroughfare to get to where ever it is they go, making sure to sprinkle their garbage and waste as they travel across our property. It's no wonder this area still has a poor reputation. So much for urban renewal. Well, at least the rats are well fed.
