The street was repaved nicely over the summer, but last week, the DEP tore E Buchanan and Harvard Ave up for something. They left a patch that would get a privater contractor a huge fine. Why aren't they fixing the street properly, why would they just leave the road in that condition?
They need to come back and redo the road PROPERLY. They also need to be punished for doing such shoddy work.
