Description
The home owner of #3 Hidden Cove also owns the lot to the right of his home. His home was built in 2011 and there have been 3 pallets of roof tile, covered with a tarp, stored on the empty lot for all this time. This is a violation of our deed restrictions , Article 7, section 14 that states that no construction
materials can be stored on a lot and it's visible from the street and it's been there for 6 years. It also violates Section 36 which states that rear yards should be kept clear except for customary patio furniture and that storage of any other items are not allowed.
