People do not follow the rules on this strip. Bollards would solve the problem on the side with no parking.

Will do, but what about enforcement? I mean here we can clearly see a botched parking job by someone who knows he will not be ticketed for his antisocial behavior.

Our parking control officers and CPD are aware of ongoing parking violations on First Street and ticket violations or ask the driver to move when possible. It is of course not feasible to be there at all times however.
