This is a result of a contractor hired by the City to clean, and film our sewer infrastructure. While cleaning the line with high pressure water, and the resident not having a backflow preventer on their lateral that connects them to the sewer main water was able to reach the basement. The contractor is responding to this issue with the resident. 12/11/18.
