Our cart was supposed to be picked up on Friday and was not. We reported the problem right away and received a notice today saying the problem was resolved; that a truck returned and picked up our trash today. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! Our cart still has not been serviced. What is going on? Why did city staff falsely report that the cart had been picked up? We have never had consistent service since we were annexed by the city and lost the services of Republic. Please resolve this issue! Please remind the drivers to pick up our trash even though our neighbors receive trash service from Republic (because they didn't agree to be annexed by the city like we did).
