500 Pulteney st are the Garden apartments, there are Seneca Apartments at 529 Exchange St. ???

Seneca Street Apartments complex is on Pulteney Street (entrance to complex on left as heading south on pulteney)
Complex is right behind Trinity church on South Main Street.

It’s a constant problem here. Renters need to be educated on what is recyclable and how to throw garbage in the bins! It’s always a mess!!!

I don't know why they call it Seneca Street Apartments? But the location you are referring to is 211 Pulteney St.

Where is code enforcement?! It’s worse than before with all the garbage. Someone with authority needs to talk with owner of this complex to completely clean it up and EDUCATE the residents on proper disposal of garbage and RECYCLING! It needs to be clearly written in Spanish and enforced. Code should be monitoring this complex at all times as it’s constantly a mess.
A few residents have said owner could care less as she plans to sell property. Can’t imagine by the looks of it.

The complex is Seneca Terrace Apartments at 211 Pulteney Street in Geneva. This has been ongoing since Feher went under. Please help, this is disgusting, a health hazard.

Please make sure you contact owner of this property to keep it maintained and cared for in the FUTURE. Code enforcement needs to work with the owner on ALL of the below.....
Instructions in Spanish need to be placed on ALL trash & recycle receptacles AND education of residents must take place. We residents have witnessed disintegration of this property since the new owner took it over. Trash is a HUGE problem, building maintenance and landscaping are barely done.
It’s disgusting to see how this property has deteriorated.
