Hello, there is a pile of trash directly across the street from my apartment building in the vacant lot that just keeps getting bigger and bigger. The construction crew that is working under the overpass keeps adding to it as well, and recently someone dumped an entire oven filled with trash. The smell is starting to become overpowering, and I can smell it through my windows. Can someone please come and remove?
