That's a very interesting description of Walnut Street... it says parking on both sides, but at no point (except perhaps near the corner of Archibald and Walnut) is there parking on both sides of the street.

Also, those signs were both there yesterday...

There is definitely a no parking here to corner sign on the west side of the street, but I believe it is missing on the east side. I believe the original intention with the current design of Walnut is that the 100' loading zone (west side, only permitted during school hours) should line up with the 100' time restricted zone (east side, not permitted during school hours). If that is correct, then at no point should there be cars opposite each other on both sides at the same time.

You are correct, noted that this morning. I think it would still be good to have the no parking here to corner added since people tend to crowd the crosswalk by parking right up to the corner.

Traffic Department installed a new post and No Parking Here To Corner sign at this location on 12/11 at 12:30 pm.
