  Be careful of our City official beloved cash cows. These losers have more rights and teams of tax payer funded lawyers ready to help defend them. Try contacting the Neighborhood Law Corps 238-6628 NLC@oaklandcityattorney.org. Everything for these street people is now funded by the taxpayers.
