Description

As stormwater comes down the gutter on Rollingtop Road, when it reaches the turn in the gutter to go into the drain at the corner of Rollingrop Road and Roundhill Road, most of the water goes straight into the intersection and not into the drain. In the winter when this freezes, this intersection becomes an ice rink.
