Street trees were inspected on 11/272018. There is a 120 foot right of way in the cul de sac. The tree to the left of the driveway is outside of the county right of way. The tree to the right of the driveway is inside the county right of way. Not sure which tree is being referred to at the listed address. I see no visual signs of rot at the base or broken limbs anywhere, peeling bark etc. Also no fruiting bodies are visible on the bark. No cavities can be seen.
I will check the county tree again in the spring of 2019 after the bloom.

Trees in the cul-de-sac we’re checked again and appear healthy at this time.
