There really needs to be a No Parking sign on the upper corner of Perkins St. and Mt. Vernon. People have been parking right on the corner and when you are coming up Mt. Vernon and taking the right turn onto Perkins St you can’t see around and up the street if there’s a car right there. State law is 20 feet? Try making the corner on mornings like today when the hill is slippery. PD has been emailed twice on this matter and have done nothing as the same two cars are still parking way too close to these intersections.
