Description
The city investigated this before and believed the people were in the process of moving out due to the for sale by owner sign. The house has been vacant for months. It previously had renters, who were relatives if the homeowner and who also had excessive sales. We have spent over a month looking at junk piles on the porch. Big, black trash bags in the yard have finally been moved. However, they are setting up for another sale, most likely this weekend. The sales cause a tremendous traffic and safety issue at the intersection. I am pleading with the city to contact this homeowner and make this stop. They own a business called Last Minute Pickup. They have previously advertised a sale on their Facebook page. They pick up people's unwanted stuff and sell it at this home. I have included images of the house that are current as well as an image of the intersection during their previous sale on October 13. They bring in large trailers that block the stop signs, traffic cannot pass, and our children cannot play outside due to the excess traffic. Thank you for your help with this matter.

If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website or mobile app and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
