There is a large pine tree just outside of the Adair dog park facing Trinity that has a pretty severe lean. The ground is rising on opposite side of the lean (possible root ball?). If it falls, it is leaning toward the entrance gate of the dog park.

The Tree has had the same degree of lean since 2007, It grew with that lean and has always had the elevated ground on the opposite side of the lean. We have been monitoring the tree and if we find any indications of upheaval of the root plate or increase in degree of lean we will remove the tree.
