Description

The easement in front of my property where water collects to run down the hill to the storm drain down the road (The home was built in the 1940s and the easement is just grass) Unfortunately, the easement is not naturally passing the water that is coming down from the street/property back into the street. As a result, half my yard has turned into a "swamp" as the water will not release. To make matters worse, there are utilities (e.g. gas, comcast etc) under the easement that may make things challenging. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated, please inspect

If you are facing the house, it is to the right of the driveway. I created a small "channel" to try and get some of the water to escape, but it only helps a bit.
