The sidewalk in front of this historic property is in terrible shape.
It is a well- traveled side walk - in the hour that my husband & I were doing yardwork Sunday, at least 15 people walked by. It gets very dangerous in the winter, when water freezes and the sidewalk becomes impassable. It is only a matter of time before an accident happens. This parcel of sidewalk is also well used during the Vermont City Marathon, as it is located near the start. There is much pedestrian traffic use and it is an embarrassment that this sidewalk is in such terrible shape. My husband & I are proud of 60 Park St and try to maintain it to the standard a historic property deserves. It is disappointing & dismaying that the city of Burlington does not share this pride. I am asking you to please fix this sidewalk. I can provide pictures if you would like. Thank you for your consideration.
