Description
The county did some work in front of the pond on Lake Circle West (near Beaverbrook Road) and have never returned to close it. This happened months ago. They cut down a pine tree, they did some road/area work then they put a cone up to tell use there’s a hole walked away and washed their hands of the danger that hole creates for anyone walking, biking, etc.
County needs to return to close the hole and dangerous situation they created ASAP.

/surrounding ground have been deteriorating for several years and the issue was submitted when the hole appeared over a year ago. The situation has been aggravated with the large volume of rain over the past season, and the first step the county took was to remove the tree, whose root system was partially to blame, they felt. Miss utility has been out to mark the necessary lines. It is not just a matter of “paving over thr hole”, and as of a phone call about a week ago, it IS on the docket but has been pre-empted with larger emergencies. Just FYI...
