iPhone repair squad is operating without a permit/license that is valid. They’re operating two kiosk, to which only one has a permit/license posted (that is valid until November 30, 2017). The cellphone case kiosk doesn’t have any permit/license posted or showing. I was cursed at in an irate tone by one of the guys operating the kiosks. To which made me start recording. I informed an Emeryville police officer that they were operating with a non-valid permit/license and he didn’t help.
