The City of Champaign has received this issue. It is registered as service request #34685. Please check back for status updates.

Our service man will not enter private property to pick up items. We will pick up items on the city right of way or street. I suggest Googling "How to dispose of a dead animal in yard". This will be closed at Public Works.
