This vehicle parks almost nightly and into the morning on the corner of Ingleside and Sagamore ave. This car is parked here during the time children are walking to school as well as to the bus stops. It is extremely unsafe for individuals who are handicap, children and anyone who uses the crosswalk. There is not clear access to the crosswalk and ramp. This vehicle has not been ticketed even though nightly parking enforcement is supposed to monitor the city. I wanted parking enforcement to be aware of this situation. Thank you.
