Description

I've reported this before but all that was done was a spray paint of the water cover. This is a serious tripping hazard as the water cover has sunken about 3-4" from the new sidewalk. The tree beside the sidewalk is also dead, causing lots of debris to fall on to the road and sidewalk, causing neighbor property damages. Please resolve before someone gets seriously hurt!
