Description

Is this a forgotten "taxi stand" sign from Saturday's football game? There's been a driver sleeping in this taxi for almost 12 hours (assuming it's the same guy my wife saw in the car at 5:30 AM). If this is new, it doesn't make sense to have a new taxi stand in a residential neighborhood. If it's a game day ain't placement, I assume it should have been removed (not sure why there's a taxi stand on a street that's closed during stadium events anyway).

Either way, can this sign be removed?
