Description

Resident said that on the corner of Carlton and Liberty the stop sign can not be seen because it is too dark. It is a hazard to cross the street. Driving down Carlton from Kennedy no one ever stops at the sign, they just blow through it. Already there has been one person who got hit on this corner. Resident is requesting that the existing Stop sign be replaced with a sign that has flashing lights.
