说明
One of my neighbors located at the corner of S. St and S. St Lane (at the stop sign) owns a 'handyman' business and frequently leaves garbage such as broken toilets, sinks, old mattresses (currently there), broken appliances and other rubbish on the side of the road and leaning against the stop sign. This attracts unwanted critters (rats, skunks, etc) to the area, could be a hazard for children/pets or anyone walking, and sets a negative tone for the entire neighborhood. This has gone on for so long, that it could also impact real estate values nearby. Is it possible for the town to intervene?

Rick J from the Village has dealt with this guy on the same issues a number of times, yet here we are again.
This blatant disregard for the appearance of our neighborhood leads others to behave the same way and worse. To wit: last evening I passed on South Street a set of tires abandoned on the side of the road near the pump station.
Wonder where such a pig got the idea to drop trash in our neighborhood?

Further to my point above re this guy dumping trash and what it leads to, I've attached a picture of another toilet this guy has dumped and tires dumped farther down South Street.
This is NOT this guy's property and this is certainly litter. Isn't there is a fine for littering in the village?
Of course I might be entirely wrong about this and in fact someone drops old toilets at this location and the guy at 56 South Street doesn't mind.
Not!
